Where it started

Death by a thousand quotes. Vehicle tuning businesses ran on phone calls, paper quotes and cash deposits. Each enquiry meant a manual vehicle lookup, handwritten pricing and no easy way to track customers or revenue. Growing meant hiring admin staff, not doing more tuning.

The build

What we built

• A website widget: customers enter their reg and get an instant quote, with no phone call needed
• An admin dashboard for quotes, bookings, customers and pricing in one place
• A technician app to view jobs, update their status and take payments on site
• A multi-tenant platform: each business sees only its own data
• Payments through Stripe: subscription billing for businesses, card deposits for their customers
• Vehicle lookups in under a second for any UK registration
