Compass started as an idea and an unmet need: leaving school brings decisions about money, care, housing, study and work, often all at once. We built it as a new service, co-designed with the people it's for, and have developed it with ARC Scotland ever since, including a 2026 redesign.

The Thistle Assistance card tells bus and train staff what support someone needs. Orders used to run on spreadsheets. We built one UK-hosted system to order, print and track cards, plus an app for people who prefer their phone.
